DineVIP is being developed as a premium dining experience platform connecting guests with selected restaurants for memorable occasions — birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, romantic dining, business dinners, celebrations and private dining. It is designed to complement your existing reservation channels, not replace them.
No joining or listing fee
No proposed joining fee, listing fee or monthly subscription during the initial founding phase.
Non-exclusive
You remain free to accept direct reservations, work with other platforms and run your own campaigns.
Restaurant control
You decide the experiences, pricing, inclusions, availability, seating and blackout dates. DineVIP displays what you supply and approve.
Curated network
DineVIP reviews restaurants and experiences before publication to maintain a selected, quality-led network.
Shape the platform
Founding Partners give feedback on experience formats, booking processes, partner tools and settlement during early development.
Pre-launch status: DineVIP will not commence paid bookings, collect guest payments or charge partner commissions until the applicable business registration, licensing, payment and operational requirements have been completed. This framework outlines the proposed Founding Partner model only; final commercial terms, payment, settlement and cancellation policies will be set out in a separate agreement before paid bookings commence. Participation does not guarantee bookings, revenue or any particular commercial result.
