This page explains what DineVIP collects, why we collect it and how it is shared with the restaurants you choose. It is a prototype policy and should be reviewed before commercial launch.
We collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, dining preferences, occasion, dietary requirements, allergies, seating preferences and any VIP or special requests you add to a reservation. Restaurant partners additionally provide business contact details, venue information and uploaded imagery.
Your information is used to personalize recommendations, prepare reservation requests, and share the relevant details with the restaurant you choose so they can prepare your experience. We also use it to respond to enquiries and to operate and improve the DineVIP service.
When you submit a reservation request, the restaurant receives the details needed to host you — date, time, party size, occasion, dietary needs and your VIP requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Guest and partner records are stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls and row-level security so that each account can only reach its own records. Uploaded partner files are stored in a private storage area.
You can review and update your preferences at any time from your DineVIP profile, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to hello@dinevipcom.com.
DineVIP uses only the storage necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not run advertising trackers.
