Using DineVIP

DineVIP is a dining concierge platform that connects guests with partner restaurants. By creating an account you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are able to enter into a booking on behalf of your party.

Reservation requests

A reservation submitted through DineVIP is a request, not a guaranteed booking. The restaurant confirms availability and may decline or propose an alternative time. DineVIP is not the provider of the dining service.

VIP requests

VIP touches such as decorations, entertainment or private areas are provided at the discretion of the restaurant and subject to availability. Some requests may carry an additional charge set by the venue, payable directly to the restaurant.

Pricing

Discovering restaurants and submitting personalized requests is free for guests. All food, beverage and service charges are settled with the restaurant.

Restaurant partners

Partner applications are reviewed before approval. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, the availability they accept and the delivery of the experiences they offer through DineVIP.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellation terms are set by each restaurant. Please cancel as early as possible; repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to the platform.

Liability

DineVIP facilitates communication between guests and restaurants and is not liable for the quality of food, service or any experience delivered by a venue. This prototype is provided as-is.

Changes to these terms
